DeLorme GPS2058EVK Evaluation Kit
The DeLorme GPS2058EVK Evaluation Kit provides a complete hardware and software platform to test and evaluate the DeLorme GPS2058-10 GPS receiver module for integration into custom applications. All the necessary components, including development board, antenna, and USB cables, are included. The GPS2058EVK also includes a copy of DeLorme Street Atlas® USA 2008 to demonstrate how seamlessly the evaluation kit can interface with software mapping products for use as a GPS navigation system.
DeLorme GPS2058-10 GPS Module
The DeLorme GPS2058-10 is a complete high-performance GPS receiver module that combines an STMicroelectronics high sensitivity STA2058 (Teseo) GPS baseband chip with an STA5620 low power GPS RF front end. This DeLorme device delivers a board-space minimizing 16mm x 16mm footprint as well as very high sensitivity and fast time to fix for accurate position fixes in all environments. The GPS2058-10 also includes GPS firmware embedded in Flash and a fully integrated RF section for direct interface to active or passive antenna systems as well as low power and standby modes for battery powered applications. This GPS module is ideal for consumer, handheld, portable navigation, in-vehicle navigation, and telematics systems.
